BMW GS Safari Enduro 2025

Here we go again! After the unforgettable Cairns to Broome “Long Way Across” adventure, the 2025 BMW Safari GS Enduro has big shoes to fill—but we’re confident this will exceed expectations!

We kick off our adventure in Emerald, QLD, heading west to the iconic outback town of Birdsville. Here, you’ll get the chance to take on the infamous Big Red, tackle its towering sand dune if you’re up for the challenge, and soak in the stunning views of the Simpson Desert.

From Birdsville, we turn northeast, passing through Longreach—a heritage rich outback town and home to the famous Qantas Museum. As the adventure unfolds, the landscape shifts before our eyes, from the deep red hues of the desert to the vibrant greens of the coast. Our final stop? Airlie Beach, the gateway to the Whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef.

In just one epic week, you’ll experience everything from remote outback roads and Simpson Desert sand dunes to winding coastal mountain passes. It’s a ride packed with contrasts, adventure, and unforgettable scenery—one you won’t want to miss!
